Serving Arizona state, I will gladly drive up to an hour for a loan signing, and depending on the situation I can drive further. If you are a Title Company, Mortgage Lender or Broker, Escrow Officer, Loan Officer, or Real Estate Agent and have a development and require a notary to be on-site to take on several signings throughout a specific time frame that can be arranged as well. With TRID Disclosures, once escrow and the lender have disclosed a signing fee to the borrower on a final closing disclosure, they cannot change it. I understand this and as a result my simple fee structure as follows:

Signing Service Fees:

Loan Signing Fee: $90-$100
Full Purchase: $90-$100
Reverse Mtg: $90-$100
Loan Application: $50
Cash Deal: $75

Direct Business Fees:

Loan Signing Fee: $150
Full Purchase: $150
Reverse Mtg: $150
Loan Application: $75
Cash Deal: $100
